Appointments can be made by telephone, online (if you have registered via Patient Access) or by calling in at the reception desk. You can pre-book your appointment up to 1 week in advance.
We always try to minimise the waiting time for you and, whilst we try to see you at the appointed time, some patients’ appointments may take longer than the time allocated, so please be patient if there is some delay.
Urgent Same Day Appointment
We are now offering a daily telephone triage appointment service. You will be signposted first by one of our care navigators to the appropriate service before being offered a telephone triage appointment. The GP will then decide if you require a face-to-face appointment.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible so that we may offer the appointment to another patient.
Our new practice nurse will be happy to accommodate for baby immunisations, please let us know when you are contacted which day is suitable and we will try to accommodate you. If you have any queries please contact Kim at reception.
