We are a small, friendly practice with a dedicated team.
We have 2 female GP’s Dr Singh and Dr Ghosh 1 long-term male locum Dr Saraf, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 Health Care Assistant, an administration team of 6, and 1 Practice Manager.
We have a Practice Pharmacist, Social Prescribers, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Team and a Dietitian who compliment the team. We have 1 midwife who attends the practice on a weekly basis.
We also have foundation Doctors, these are qualified Doctors who are completing rotations within the NHS and GP practice is one of the rotations. These F2 Doctors are with the practice for 4 months per rotation.
We are located at 12-28 Glen Street, Hebburn, close to Hebburn Newtown, on a main metro route with ample nearby parking.
We aim to achieve the highest standards of care with a patient centered focus and provide ourselves on our continuity of care.
